Cindy & Philipp Wedding
The Origin
It Began on
a Wedding Night

One Mexican family, one German family, and a tequila poured between them that no one could forget.

"A celebration of love, tradition, and the fusion of cultures."

Aceves was born the night Cindy Aceves and Philipp Zinder were married — one Mexican, one German, two countries joined in a single evening.

At the celebration, Cindy's family poured a tequila they had made themselves, the way her family always had. For the German guests, it stopped the room. The body of it. The warmth. The taste. It was nothing like the tequila they thought they knew.

That night became a question the couple couldn't put down: what if they made a tequila that belonged to both of them — Mexican soul, German patience, one shared flavor?

For more than five years they worked on a single profile, refining it batch by batch until it tasted like the two of them. Today that tequila carries Cindy's family name, and it has finally made the journey from the highlands of Jalisco to a new home in Germany.

This is Aceves. Made of fire, patience, and love.

Meet the Maker
Cindy Aceves

Cindy grew up with tequila as part of her family's identity — not a product, but a practice passed down through generations. Her family's tequila is what started it all on that wedding night.

She went on to formalise what she had always known intuitively: flavour, tradition, and the patience to get it right.

Every batch of Aceves passes through Cindy's palate before it earns its number.

Mexico
Fire & Soul

Mexico gave Aceves its fire and its soul — the red volcanic earth of Jalisco, the slow-roasted piñas, the open-air fermentation alive with the highland breeze. The warmth you taste is Mexican through and through.

Germany
Patience & Precision

Germany gave it patience and precision. Five years refining a single profile. The balance. The restraint. The insistence that if one thing is worth doing, it is worth doing until it is exactly right.

The Name
Familia Aceves

Aceves is Cindy's family name — and the name of the tequila her family made long before there was ever a label on the bottle. Every bottle is signed Familia Aceves.

This first release is a hand-numbered 1st Edition — a promise that what's inside is made the way you'd make it for the people you love.
