Surrounded by family, music, food and Cindy’s family tequila, we experienced what tequila truly means in Mexican culture.
Not a quick shot, but a symbol of celebration, connection and heritage. That moment became the beginning of ACEVES.
More than a drink
On our wedding night in Mexico, tequila was more than a drink. It was part of the celebration, part of the family, and part of the moment.
We were drinking tequila connected to Cindy’s family – a taste that carried memory, tradition and emotion. That night, we realised that this feeling deserved to be shared beyond Mexico.
ACEVES was born from that idea: to bring the warmth of Mexican celebration and the elegance of premium tequila to Europe.
That night, tequila became more than a drink. It became our story.
For Cindy, tequila is family
For Cindy, tequila is not just a spirit. It is a family connection – the taste of celebrations at home, of the people she loves and of the highlands she comes from.
Living in Germany, far away from Mexico, one glass brings all of it back. ACEVES is her way of sharing her culture and her family with the people around her here – one slow, honest sip at a time.

Five years of refining our family profile
For more than five years, we worked on developing our own personal family flavour profile. The goal was never to create just another tequila. We wanted a smooth, elegant Reposado that stayed true to Mexican tradition while offering a refined sipping experience for Europe.
Every decision was intentional: the aroma, the balance, the softness, the finish – and the way the tequila feels when shared with others.
ACEVES is the result of patience, tasting, learning and staying close to our roots. A flavour profile shaped by family, memory and time.

Batch after batch, we taste, compare and refine – until the Reposado tastes the way it should: smooth, elegant, made for sipping.
Made and bottled at origin
100% Blue Weber agave, harvested by hand by jimadores, slow-cooked in masonry ovens, double-distilled in copper pot stills and rested in American oak – then bottled where it was born.
The first edition arrives in Germany
Our 1st Edition – 10,000 hand-numbered bottles, each signed Familia Aceves – makes the journey from Jalisco to its new home in Germany.

In Europe, tequila is still too often known as a quick shot with salt and lime. Truly premium, 100% agave sipping tequila remains rare on German shelves.
We believe this is about to change. Just as Europe learned to value a great Cognac or a single malt, it will learn to value tequila – a spirit with centuries of tradition, protected like few others. ACEVES wants to be part of that moment.
